Drew’s 60-Second Smash: Surprising Al With a New Window
Drew’s back this week surprising a fan at their house for another 60-Second Smash video, and this time, he’s upgrading their living room space with a gorgeous new window replacement—and Drew even threw in a couple nice living room upgrades, too!
When homeowner Al opened the door to see Drew’s face, he was certainly shocked! But he immediately knew where he was headed: The living room window. “When they put the sledgehammer in my hands, my eyes went to that window,” Al says. “I’ve been wanting that window changed for a while. So WHAM, it went through!”
The window’s been leaking for the past couple of years, and there’s signs of termite damage. So, Al used his time very wisely in this 60-Second Smash! Now, he’s getting a brand new Andersen window replacement to get his space looking better than ever. Drew made sure that he and the crew addressed and fixed the main three issues:
- Fix the window leak
- Eliminate the termite issues
- Make sure Al gets a quality window
While Drew and Al were talking, Al talked about the rest of his house and his future plans for renovating. He mentioned how he doesn’t love his two leather sofas anymore, and he wants to replace them at some point. So, Drew decided to surprise him with a new sofa, area rug, and accent chair, too, as a finishing touch to the living room. Drew and Seth got to Al’s house in the morning, and by the afternoon, Al had an entire new setup.
“Now I really feel like a king for a day,” Al says.
